By using the Auris Hearing Aid website and booking a home visit, you agree to the following terms.

Free Home Visit

The home hearing test and hearing aid trial are provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase. A home visit is scheduled after a confirmation call from our team.

Family Member Presence

We strongly recommend that a family member or trusted person be present during the home visit. This ensures the comfort and safety of the patient and the audiologist.

Hearing Aid Purchases

Prices for hearing aids start from ₹15,000 and vary by brand and model. All pricing is communicated transparently during the home visit before any purchase decision.

After-Sales Service

All after-sales support, repairs, and follow-up care are provided directly by the certified audiologist who conducted your home visit. Auris Hearing Aid is a referral service and is not responsible for after-sales obligations.

Appointments

We will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to confirm your appointment slot. We reserve the right to reschedule visits based on audiologist availability and your location.

Service Coverage

We currently serve Ernakulam, Aluva, Edappally, and surrounding areas in Kerala. Coverage in other districts is subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

Auris Hearing Aid acts as a referral service connecting patients with certified independent audiologists. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or audiologist conduct beyond our reasonable control. The sale, fitting, and after-care of hearing aids is the responsibility of the audiologist.
